From June 26 to July 3, 2024, the New Center for One Korea (NCOK) conducted its "Public Diplomacy Program in EU" across Germany and Belgium. The journey featured visits to Berlin—the capital of unified Germany—and Brussels, the European Union (EU) headquarters, both cities symbolizing integration and peace. The program emerged as an extension of the "Korean European Young Leaders Initiative (KEYLI)," which was inspired by Dr. Young-Gil Lee, Director of International Relations at NCOK, following his attendance at the German National Prayer Breakfast in 2023. This field experience and educational program helps Korean youth understand Korean unification from a Christian perspective while broadening their international outlook through European examples.
